Collection of order(s) can only be facilitated once payment has cleared into our account; you will also be emailed a remittance advice confirming this. Your remittance advice will contain information of when your product will become available for collection. When collecting at our state offices (VIC, QLD and/or WA), please call prior to arrival to confirm stock availability.
