When paying an invoice, different payment methods, can incur different clearing times. If you have followed the instructions closely and used the correct reference, usually the longest time would be 2-3 business days. Once a payment has cleared our accounts team will email you a remittance. If it has been longer than 2 days and you still have not received an email confirming payment clearance you made need to send through a proof of payment.
An incorrect reference may have been used and therefore the ABC Bullion accounts team need the payment receipt to allocate your payment to the invoice.
